This morning you could see all the best european free flyers on 50 square metres, exactly in front of Babylon container at Skydiveempuriabrava. They came from all Europe to achieve just one goal: to take a grip. But it's not an easy one. You need to fly in head-down position extremely good, have trained hard, be fast and never lose the concentration because at that altitude (18,000 feet) the oxygen is lower and you know you have to do your job otherwise all the team will fail. Everybody counts on the other mates, the group is one being with a colorful shape that float in the sky, while public look up, squeezing their eyes to see if those free flyers close the formation, if they take all the grips, especially the last one.
But between the professionalism and that last grip many things happen, some of them are unpredictable, others are part of the game.
You need to play this game to know when and how you gonna win.
This wednesday is the "Big Wednesday", where everybody feels the Eurorecord is there, in front of them. You just need to jump, fly fast and strong and take that grip!
And to be in, you first need to be s-elected. So each one gave their best, hoping to be part of the first attempt.
