Recently completing his 2500th BASE jump Maurizio has ‘the right stuff.’ Playing a game that has absolutely zero margin for error Maurizio flies his wingsuit of cliffs with the same grace as a bird. Having started skydving in 1996 he is also an experienced skydiver. In 2001 Maurizo begun BASE jumping, and has since then become and accomplished BASE jumper. For him it is more than just a sport, emerging himself completely in BASE it is his lifestyle. Having travelled extensively searching for new ‘objects,’ has taken him to some interesting places; Venezuela, USA, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Marocco and Italy are only to name a few of the places that BASE jumping has taken him. He also has successfully completed some extraordinary jumps including the leaning tower of Pisa, inside Cathedrals, sub terrain freefall into a cave, Angel falls, and several Skyscrapers. Maurizio lives for his passion, to fly, and keeps those close him wondering where the next challenge lies.
